How long will it take for my order to ship?
Generally, 1-2 days from processing the order. There may be delays in shipping due to having to potentially be away for storm restoration, but there will be an updated announcement on the website if that occurs.
What's the return window for a product I don't like or no longer need?
You can return your product within a 30 day window under normal circumstances. If you bought a product and are on storm for a while and can't return it within the 30 days, email us and we'll work with you.

Can I order in bulk?
It is possible to order in bulk via email, but there will be a lead time based on the order size.

What happens if I don't like the product, or it wasn't what I expected?
Simply request a return via email. We will reimburse you and pay for your return shipping. If items are less than $20, keep it.
What happens if my product is damaged upon arrival?
You will receive a free refund no questions asked on orders $20 dollars or less. Some products are virtually indestructible, such as materials made of our flexible plastic, so a picture will be required for return.
